The University of Michigan-Flint is thrilled to announce the commencement of phase one of its new Innovation and Technology Complex. This groundbreaking project will include 14,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art instructional laboratories that will support academic degrees in artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, human-centered design, electrical & computer engineering, and more.
Funding for the $10 million project has been provided through grants from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration, The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, and gifts from UM-Flint. The university is excited about the potential this new complex will bring to its academic programs and the opportunities it will create for students and faculty.
