In the 57kg round of 32 bout at the Paris 2024 Olympic boxing qualifiers, Sachin Siwach of India will face Frederik Jensen of Denmark. India has already secured three quotas for the Paris Games through Lovlina Borgohain, Nikhat Zareen, and Preeti Pawar. The final selection of athletes to participate in the Paris Games will be determined by the National Olympic Committees.

At the Thailand meet, quota spots are available in various weight divisions, including women’s 60kg, men’s 57kg and 80kg categories. The men’s 63.5kg and 71kg divisions each have five quotas up for grabs, while the remaining nine weight categories have four quotas each. Despite not securing any quotas at the first World Boxing Qualification Tournament in Italy held in March, Indian boxers remain determined to secure spots for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.
