In the past 24 hours, Arizona has added another impressive recruit to its 2025 class with the commitment of three-star wide receiver Terry Shelton from Irving, Texas. Shelton is the fourth prospect to join the Wildcats in this recruiting cycle and follows in the footsteps of his fellow Texan, Sean Robinson.

Shelton brings a lot of athleticism and size to Arizona’s wide receiver corps, standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 200 pounds, with an impressive wingspan of nearly 80 inches. He has also demonstrated his speed with a reported 4.47 40-yard dash time and a 40-plus inch vertical jump from his basketball background.

In his junior season, Shelton put up solid numbers with 32 receptions for 629 yards and eight touchdowns. His performance on the field attracted attention from programs like Kansas, Boston College, and Illinois, but ultimately, he chose to commit to Arizona.

With seven commitments so far, Arizona is building a solid foundation for its future as it continues to strengthen its recruiting efforts for the class of 2025.
