U.S. Senator Jim Risch, a senior member and former chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, has recognized Arnzen Building Construction in Cottonwood as the Idaho Small Business of the Month for February 2024. The company will be honored for its contributions to the North Central Idaho community in the Congressional Record of the U.S. Senate.

Senator Risch commended Morris Arnzen’s purchase of Arnzen Building Construction in 1987, which has played a crucial role in shaping North Central Idaho’s landscape. The company’s commitment to high-quality construction and workmanship is evident through their involvement in various residential, commercial, educational, medical, and public works projects in the region. Moreover, their support of local fire departments, youth groups, and 4-H chapters highlights their dedication not only to constructing sturdy buildings but also to building a strong community.

Idaho consistently ranks among the top states in the country for doing business. Each month, Senator Risch selects an Idaho small business that embodies the state’s values of hard work, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional community engagement.
