On May 23, 2024, the MED Foundation of Mercer Health hosted its annual Healing Garden ceremony at Mercer County Community Hospital. This event is held every year to honor and remember community members and families through the dedication of engraved pavers in the therapeutic space located outside the Sanderell Family West Wing.
During this year’s ceremony, special messages were etched on the pavers, including: “In memory of Joan Hesson 12/15/1943-03/17/2024,” “In memory of Steve Lefeld HEBREWS 6:10,” and “In loving memory of Doris Muhlenkamp Caring OB Nurse & Friend 2023.”
