Tulsa World is hosting a contest in partnership with Tulsa Tech to recognize the best mascot, band, cheer squad, dance team, and fan base in the area. Last year, Jenks swept all categories, while the year before Broken Arrow took home all awards except for mascot, which was won by Rambo from Owasso High School.

The contest is open to all high schools in the Tulsa area, and participants can nominate candidates for each category. There is a limit of one nomination per category. The top five nominees in each category will move on to the voting round, and the winning school will be notified prior to the event.

The All-World Awards are presented by Bill Knight Automotive and celebrate exceptional athletes and coaches in high school sports. The event is scheduled to take place on June 20 at the Cox Business Center. For more information about the awards ceremony, visit allworldawards.com.
