Greenfield Cooperative Bank’s senior leadership team recently took a break from their usual duties to volunteer with Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity. On April 26th, they put down their suits in favor of paintbrushes and helped finish a new home being built in Northampton. Greenfield Cooperative Bank had previously committed $10,000 towards the project, and this volunteering opportunity was a chance for them to give back to the community by supporting affordable homeownership opportunities.

President and CEO Tony Worden expressed the bank’s commitment to giving back to the community through this initiative. He stated that it was essential for them to support projects like these that promote sustainable living and provide opportunities for those in need. Meanwhile, Executive Vice President Jane Wolfe shared her enthusiasm for working alongside the team and participating in Habitat for Humanity’s mission, which is to build homes and communities that are safe, healthy, and affordable for everyone.
