Google Keep, launched in 2013 as a tool for organizing personal information through notes that are synchronized across devices, has recently received an update that allows users to open multiple accounts simultaneously on Android tablets. This new feature is designed to improve the user experience and make it easier to manage multiple accounts on large-screen devices.

Google Keep was initially created to help users store and organize their personal information, with notes that can be accessed from any device with a Gmail account. Over time, the app has been updated with various features to increase productivity, such as the ability to drag and insert images into other compatible apps within the Google ecosystem, as well as a note widget for pinning notes to the device’s home screen.

In addition to these features, Google also introduced last year the ability to open multiple application windows on large-screen Android devices like tablets. This latest update takes it one step further by allowing users to open multiple accounts on the same device while maintaining the ability to have two windows open simultaneously for improved visibility.

The multi-account feature is available through app update 5.24.242.03.90 for all Google Workspace customers, individual Workspace subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts. With this update, users can now easily manage their content across multiple accounts while using their Android tablet as a central hub for all their needs.
