Northern Ireland goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell has joined Birmingham City on a four-year deal, after spending the previous season on loan at AFG Aarhus in Denmark. The 27-year-old has officially joined the club for an undisclosed fee, bringing a wealth of international experience to the team. During his time in Denmark, Peacock-Farrell kept 11 clean sheets in 28 appearances, helping the team to a fifth-place finish.
This move marks Birmingham’s second signing of the summer, following the addition of goalkeeper Ryan Allsop from Hull. Having earned 46 caps for Northern Ireland, Peacock-Farrell brings a wealth of international experience to Birmingham City. He is excited about joining the “massive club with huge ambitions for the coming years” and expressed his desire to be a part of the team’s journey and contribute to its success in the future.
Peacock-Farrell’s arrival at St Andrew’s will provide some much needed stability in the goalkeeping position for Birmingham City.
