Meanwhile, NoHo Partners, a listed company in the restaurant industry, announced that it would update its strategy and financial goals for 2025-2027. The company aims to achieve a turnover of around €400 million in Finland and profitable growth internationally, while also increasing dividends for shareholders.

In other news, Inderes lowered its target price for the car trading company Weatherin from €148 to €45 euros and advised investors to reduce their shares in the company. OP also updated its recommendation on Weatherin to sell at a price of €45 euros per share.

Finally, Housing Portfolio announced that it had refinanced all loans for its Finnish subsidiaries with new loans totaling €88 million euros at an estimated interest rate of 5.3 percent. As a result of this refinancing, Housing Portfolio’s share price rose by 29%.
