The summit aims to address issues of food insecurity, climate change, and public health associated with extreme poverty, seeking support for workable solutions.

The nonprofit’s CEO, Hugh Evans, emphasized the urgency of action to end extreme poverty, stating that the world is at a critical juncture on various issues. In addition to the aforementioned leaders, actors Hugh Jackman, Danai Gurira, and Dakota Johnson will participate in the summit. Along with them will be representatives from companies like Cisco, Citi, Delta, and PayPal.
