In the 2023 season, Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas showcased his dominant form despite dealing with a hamstring injury that limited him to just 10 games. Throughout the season, he allowed only four sacks and 17 total pressures on 376 pass-blocking snaps, earning him the 10th-highest pass block grade among all offensive tackles from Pro Football Focus. Despite this impressive performance, Thomas has yet to earn a Pro Bowl nod, despite previously receiving second-team All-Pro honors.

Orr highlighted Thomas as a standout player in a big-market team who has yet to earn a Pro Bowl nod. Alongside Thomas, Orr also listed LB Frankie Luvu from the Washington Commanders, TE Trey McBride from the Arizona Cardinals, LB Devin Lloyd from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Edge Alex Highsmith from the Pittsburgh Steelers, CB Christian Benford from the Buffalo Bills, DT Alim McNeil from the Detroit Lions, RB De’Von Achane from the Miami Dolphins, Edge Jonathan Greenard from the Minnesota Vikings
