Zech McPhearson, a cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles, is eager to return to the field after sitting out the 2023 NFL season due to an Achilles injury. Now healthy and ready to add to his four years of NFL experience, McPhearson is looking forward to what this year will bring. In a recent interview with Van Tate’s Sports Office, he discussed the importance of patience and what he learned while watching from the sidelines.
This weekend, McPhearson is in Albuquerque assisting with the Schmac football camp. He will be sharing his knowledge and skills with aspiring young football players. The camp is open to fans who wish to attend, and even those who decide to join on the day of the event. Registration will be held at Bernalillo High School at 11 a.m. on Saturday, with the camp set to begin at noon and end at 3:30 p.m.
McPhearson spoke about how watching from the sidelines helped him gain a new perspective on the game and allowed him to focus on his recovery process. He also emphasized the importance of patience when recovering from an injury, saying that it’s not always a quick process but one that requires discipline and dedication.
Now that he’s back in action, McPhearson is excited to share his experiences and knowledge with others by helping young athletes reach their full potential on the field
