Benjamin Dillon is the Interim Associate Director of the Northern Indiana VA Healthcare System, where he oversees daily operations at a Level 1B VA Medical Center serving over 41,000 unique Veterans annually. Previously, Mr. Dillon served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at the Veterans Affairs Integrated Health Care System in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Deputy National Program Manager for the Field Support Readiness Branch for the Veterans Health Administration Procurement & Logistics Office.

Mr. Dillon’s background in supply chain management began during his military service in the U.S. Army as a Civil Affairs Specialist, where he completed deployments to Afghanistan, East Africa, and several European countries before becoming an Intelligence Analyst at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in 2008. He later earned his undergraduate degree in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati and continued his education with a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2011.

In addition to his supply chain expertise, Mr. Dillon also holds Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University and FAC P/PM senior level certification and COR level III certification. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has worked closely with Human Resources, Office of Information Technology, and the National Contracting Office VISN 10 to ensure efficient operations at all sites of care under his leadership.
