Devin Rispress, the assistant director of player personnel at Colorado, was mentioned by Ty Jackson in his announcement of receiving an offer from the Buffs. Standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing 200 pounds, Jackson is currently a senior at Seminole Ridge High School in Loxahatchee, Florida. In his junior year, he recorded 135 total tackles (54 solo), four tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions, and four forced fumbles, as reported by MaxPreps.
While On3 and ESPN have Jackson at the top of the linebacker rankings for his class, Rivals and 247Sports rank him at No. 20. Nevertheless, Jackson has attracted interest from several Power Four programs.
