Lil’Jordan Humphrey, a 26-year-old wide receiver with three years of experience in the NFL, is being featured by Broncos Wire as part of its 90-man offseason roster series. Humphrey originally joined the league as an undrafted free agent with the New Orleans Saints in 2019. Over his first two seasons, he moved between the practice squad and the active roster before becoming a rotational receiver in 2020. In three seasons with the Saints, Humphrey recorded 16 receptions for 295 yards and three touchdowns in 18 games, with six starts.

In 2021, Humphrey signed with the Denver Broncos and played in all 17 games of the season. During his first year with the team, he accumulated 13 receptions for 162 yards and three touchdowns. As Humphrey has experience in coach Sean Payton’s offense from his time in New Orleans, he has a good chance to make the active roster for the 2024 season. However, the competition in the wide receiver room is stiff, so if he doesn’t secure a spot on the 53-man roster, Humphrey may end up on the practice squad.
