Mixed Results for Greg Hardy in Fight Game

Former NFL pass rusher Greg Hardy has transitioned into the fight game and has been competing in various events. He has appeared in pro boxing, MMA events, and bareknuckle boxing contests. Most recently, Hardy faced off against Patrick Mailata in a Texas Combat League match where he was knocked out, ending his 3-0 record as a pro boxer.

Prior to his successful stint in MMA events, where he had a record of 7-5, Hardy had a storied NFL career that ended in 2015 after playing for the Cowboys. Despite recording 13.0 sacks in 2014 and six sacks in 12 games with the Cowboys, his time with the team came to an end due to domestic violence allegations.

Hardy’s transition into the fight game has not been without its challenges. In addition to his knockout loss in the Texas Combat League match, he also suffered another knockout loss in a bareknuckle boxing contest earlier that year. However, despite these setbacks, Hardy remains committed to pursuing his career outside of football and continues to compete on the fight circuit.

In conclusion, Greg Hardy’s journey from NFL player to fighter has not been easy but it is inspiring how he continues to challenge himself and push boundaries. His results may be mixed but one thing is clear: he is determined to make it work and continue on this path towards success.
