In recent times, a mysterious marine creature has washed ashore on a beach in Malaysia, drawing the attention of onlookers. The decomposed body was discovered by officials during surveillance along Teluk Melano Beach in Lundu, Malaysia. The Sarawak Civil Defence Force (APM) was notified and shared the encounter on Facebook.

The unusual sight has attracted crowds, as sightings of beached marine mammals are rare in the area, as reported by the New Sarawak Tribune. Experts believe that the strange mass is likely the remains of a whale, but it shares similarities with other mysterious creatures that have washed up on beaches worldwide.

These include a “mermaid globster” found on an island in Papua New Guinea and a hairy monster discovered in the sea. The discovery of such globsters is not uncommon, as throughout history mariners have reported encounters with oddities like kraken and mermaids.

Modern times have also seen reports of strange sea creatures, such as sharks with missing livers and blobs washing ashore. The world is filled with fascinating discoveries, waiting to be explored and shared.
