As we began our individual cancer treatments, Amaey felt isolated in his room after receiving irradiation and a transplant. While Amaey’s world was limited to the four walls of his room, his intellectual curiosity soared beyond the boundaries of isolation. He utilized citizen science tools to delve into the mysteries of the Solar System and the Universe, allowing his mind to roam freely amidst limitless expanses. Meanwhile, I found myself consumed with my own treatment and unable to spend as much time online as I would have preferred.
