Brittany Mahomes is feeling great after recovering from an injury she previously described as a broken back. In an interview with E! News, the 28-year-old expressed that her back is no longer broken and she is back to doing the things she loves, including working out in the gym. Maintaining her health and staying active for her children and dogs is a top priority for her.

As a mother to daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, who she shares with her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Brittany has been adamant about the importance of taking care of her health. She had previously mentioned that she had fractured her pelvic floor in an Instagram story, urging other moms to prioritize their pelvic floor health after having children.

While Brittany did not disclose the type of treatment she received for her injury, she did share a humorous moment on Instagram where she joked about a vacation potentially helping her recovery. The Cleveland Clinic recommended Kegel exercises as a way to strengthen the pelvic floor, which can have a positive impact on back health as well.

Despite facing challenges with her injury, Brittany Mahomes has now fully recovered and is enjoying life to the fullest. She recently shared that she is “living my best life” and is grateful to be back to doing the things she loves with her family by her side.
