During the recent presidential debate, former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden faced off in a tense battle for supremacy. Amidst the heated exchange, it was revealed that Biden had made a mistake while discussing his healthcare policy achievements. He claimed that his administration had “finally beat Medicare,” which was quickly pounced on by Trump, who retorted that Biden had actually “beat Medicare to death” and was destroying it.

Stewart, the host of “The Daily Show,” took a lighthearted approach to the situation and joked about the common confusion between saving Medicare and beating it. He also noted that Biden seemed to struggle during the debate, even when he wasn’t speaking. In fact, Stewart played a supercut of these moments on the show, highlighting how many people can have a “25th Amendment face” – referring to the constitutional process that outlines what should happen in case of a president’s death.

Stewart has previously spoken about both Biden and Trump’s advanced ages in his comedy routine. When he returned to “The Daily Show” in February, he expressed concerns about their physical and mental fitness for the job. At the “Netflix is a Joke Fest,” he emphasized how old both candidates were and made light of their age-related issues. Representatives for both candidates did not respond to requests for comment on Stewart’s remarks.
