LaJohntay and Jaylen Wester, former standouts from Florida Atlantic, are set to become two of the most intriguing new players on the Colorado football team. LaJohntay is a wide receiver who had a strong performance in the Buffs’ spring game, while Jaylen brings much-needed talent to Colorado’s linebackers room.

In terms of their grades, both brothers are poised to make significant contributions to the program. According to Pro Football Focus College, Jaylen arrives in Boulder as the second-highest-graded returning linebacker in the Big 12 Conference. With an impressive overall grade of 84.5, he ranks just behind Iowa State’s Caleb Bacon, who scored an 89.3. The only other returning Big 12 linebacker with a grade above 80 is UCF’s Xe’ree Alexander, who scored an 84.1.

LaJohntay earned a PFF grade of 82.1 last season, placing him as the fourth-highest-graded returning wide receiver in the Big 12 Conference. Both brothers are expected to bring valuable skills and experience to their respective positions and contribute positively to Colorado’s football program in the upcoming season.
