The German Football Association has joined U.S. Soccer as one of the first two Member Associations to be a part of the revitalized FIFA World, which is an updated version of FIFA’s innovative gaming environment introduced before the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™. This new platform, U.S. Soccer Tycoon, is a virtual environment that will engage fans year-round in the United States and worldwide.

As part of their strategy to connect with new fans and prepare for the future, particularly with the 2026 World Cup in mind, U.S. Soccer has launched this new platform in collaboration with Roblox and FIFA. Ross Moses, Vice President of U.S. Soccer’s Business Ventures, stated that this game reflects the Federation’s commitment to utilizing emerging technologies to engage with fans and build for the future.

The game will incorporate Roblox’s Tycoon Gameplay, where players will need to grow their assets by upgrading teams and stadiums to progress in the game. Players can access U.S. Soccer Tycoon through a portal from FIFA World 2.0, which will provide an urban, modern setting that promotes inclusivity and community for all players. The environment will feature landmarks from the 11 cities hosting 2026 World Cup matches and visuals of the new Arthur M. Blank U.S
