Since the 1890s, Robin Manke and her family have been a part of the Menomonee Falls community. They own Robin’s Nest, a fashion store that focuses on USA-made garments, which has been in operation since 1982. The store is located next to Dan’s Tog Shop, one of the oldest contiguous businesses in Menomonee Falls.
Manke has made significant contributions to her community over the years. She has worked with the Menomonee Falls Food Pantry and taught Sunday school for 50 years. Despite being a humble individual, her friends and community recognize her dedication and commitment.
In recent years, businesses in Menomonee Falls have experienced significant growth, making it a popular destination. The village now boasts art galleries, gift shops, improved parks, new restaurants and bars. Manke remains committed to maintaining a vibrant and lively downtown area and plans to continue her work there.
While she has no current retirement plans, Manke is excited about upcoming festivals and events coming to downtown Menomonee Falls. If you want to tell Natalie about an Everyday Hero, send her an email at [email protected].
