Saint Francis Health System President and CEO, Dr. Cliff Robertson, announced that City of Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum will be joining the organization as Vice President of Community and Government Affairs once his term ends. Bynum expressed his excitement about this new opportunity and highlighted his admiration for the team at Saint Francis and their long-standing commitment to excellence in healthcare.

As Tulsa’s 40th mayor since 2016, Bynum has led initiatives such as the Vision Renewal Capital Campaign and Improve Our Tulsa, which have made significant investments in the city’s infrastructure. He has also guided the city through challenging times, including the Father’s Day storm and the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to becoming mayor, Bynum served on the Tulsa City Council and comes from a family with a history of public service in Tulsa.

Bynum’s transition to Saint Francis Health System represents a new chapter in his career where he can continue to serve his community in a different capacity. His background in public service and leadership experience will be valuable assets as he takes on this new role at Saint Francis Health System.
