Nguyen Thi Bao Ngoc, at 26 years old, decided to embark on a weight loss journey after feeling like she would have to live with a giant body for the rest of her life. Nowadays, Ngoc imports more items in smaller sizes and has inspired others through her social media account where she shares her weight loss journey. Her message is clear: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to beauty or weight loss.

Ngoc emphasizes that by finding a method that is suitable and safe for your body can lead you towards success in your own weight loss journey. She encourages others to focus on their health and well-being rather than following quick-fix solutions that may harm their bodies in the long run.
