Fit Girls is thrilled to announce that they have been awarded the Community Health Options Wellness Grant, which will enable them to continue their mission of promoting physical, emotional, and mental health for girls aged 9-11 in Franklin County. Through mentoring and teaching healthy habits such as eating well, exercising outdoors, and verbalizing needs, Fit Girls aims to empower young girls to take care of their bodies and navigate relationships with confidence.
