Ferrari has achieved a significant milestone in its history with the establishment of its new e-building, which paves the way for future sustainability projects and the introduction of their first fully electric model. Over the past decade, Ferrari has been refining its electric technology in anticipation of this momentous launch, which is set to take place next year.

The forthcoming electric Ferrari is expected to feature cutting-edge components such as high-voltage batteries, EVs, and axles that will be manufactured in the new e-building. In addition to serving as a manufacturing hub for electric vehicles, the e-building also houses an educational center and dedicates 30% of its space to future development and innovation.

Designed to meet the standards of a NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building), the facility incorporates various sustainable practices to reduce its environmental impact. These include rainwater recycling, irrigation of green areas, and advanced insulation to regulate solar radiation. One of the most noteworthy features of the e-building is its energy systems, which operate entirely without the use of fossil fuels. The building’s air conditioning system relies on a renewable electric heat pump, further emphasizing Ferrari’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
