In a recent electoral survey, the far-right National Regroupment (RN), led by Marine Le Pen, has emerged as the front runner in the polls. The RN and its right-wing allies are projected to receive 36% of the votes in the first round on June 30, with the left-wing New Popular Front trailing behind at 27%.

The bloc led by President Emmanuel Macron is estimated to receive 20% of the votes, while the conservative Republicans (LR) are expected to get 10%. The survey suggests that the RN and its allies could potentially secure between 250 to 280 deputies in the National Assembly, which is close to an absolute majority of 289 seats.
