During the summer, many people enjoy taking some time to relax and read a good book. Daniel Goldin, the owner of Boswell Book Co., has put together a list of 20 books from around the world that will allow readers to travel without leaving their homes. These books will take readers on a journey from New Zealand to China and back to the US, providing a diverse reading experience for the summer.

In addition to exploring different cultures through literature, viewers can also learn about the science behind fireworks in an upcoming episode. UW-Madison emeritus professor of chemistry, Bassam Shakhashiri, will be discussing how fireworks are made and the science behind creating different colors in fireworks. In addition, as the episode takes place during an election year, Shakhashiri will talk about how science is intertwined with the political process.

The upcoming episode features Larry Meiller as the host, with Daniel Goldin and Bassam Shakhashiri as the guests.
