On April 4th and 5th, the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) will host a workshop focused on the impact of technology and digital media on the development and mental well-being of children and adolescents. The workshop will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days, with experts in technology, child development, and mental health leading discussions on both the positive and negative effects of technology on young minds.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore current research findings and discuss future directions in this field. Sponsored by the National Institute of Mental Health’s Division of Translational Research and NICHD, the workshop is open to both the scientific community and the general public.
