ADK Export Import Co. is a leading provider of exotic fruits, spices, and nuts. Based in Vietnam, the company specializes in growing and exporting high-quality products to key markets in Asia and the Middle East. Their main export product is dragon fruit, which is cultivated in the southern Binh Thuan province.

To ensure a steady supply for export, ADK works with other high-quality growers in addition to their own orchards. The fruit is carefully packed in their packing shed before being shipped to its final destination. On average, the company exports around 480 40’RF containers of dragon fruit per year.

Dragon fruit cultivation in Vietnam requires collaboration between exporters and growers to ensure smooth operations. Each party has specific roles and responsibilities to ensure optimal productivity levels. The plant thrives in hot and humid climates like those found in southern Vietnam, requiring proper care such as ample water and shade to maintain quality standards. Utilizing technology such as self-irrigation systems and artificial lighting has led to improved efficiency and quality in dragon fruit cultivation.

ADK also grows limes for export, primarily focusing on regions like Long An, Dong Thap, and Tra Vinh provinces in western Vietnam. They export approximately 10 40’RF containers of limes per month, with some shipments containing a mix of limes and other fruits. The primary market for their limes is the Middle East.
