Experian’s Dimitri Robert has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a multi-line program administrator. In his new role, Robert is expected to lead ISC’s engineering department and develop tech strategies that align with the company’s growth and financial goals.

Throughout his career, Robert has held important technology roles at companies such as Websense, Burstband, CD World, and ELCA Informatique. In his most recent role at Experian, he served as CTO, overseeing the development and operation of the company’s North American Credit Decisioning and ID & Fraud product lines. Prior to this, he spent 11 years at Conduent (formerly Xerox, StrataCare) in various positions, including CTO, where he led the Workers Comp division technology efforts.

Robert expressed his excitement to lead the technology team at ISC and contribute to the enhancement of their software platform and data analytics capabilities in his statement addressing his new role. ISC CEO and Founder Matt Grossberg highlighted Robert’s expertise in data science, analytics, and machine learning as valuable assets in accelerating the company’s plans to build tech-based, profitable insurance programs and product lines. Grossberg also emphasized Robert’s leadership skills in advancing their technology strategy and enhancing the customer experience.
