Epstein Becker Green is thrilled to announce the addition of Raja Sékaran, John Puente, and Melissa Borrelli to its health care and life sciences practice in San Francisco.
With extensive experience in the industry, Sékaran will specialize in representing various health care entities such as health care delivery systems, medical groups, independent practice associations, health plans, hospitals, private equity investors, and California’s private insurance exchange for small-group employers.
Puente brings his wealth of knowledge to the team with his previous roles as deputy director and chief counsel of the California Department of Health Care Services and general counsel for the Medical Board of California. He also has experience as a deputy director at Epstein Becker Green.
Together with Puente and Borrelli, Sékaran will work to enhance the firm’s health care and life sciences practice in San Francisco. Their combined expertise will bring new perspectives to the team as they continue to serve clients in this rapidly evolving industry.
