If you are a spouse or dependent child of a deceased veteran, you may be eligible for health care benefits through programs like CHAMPVA. You can also explore how a veteran may transfer unused Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to you. If you are a surviving spouse, you can apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for VA home loan programs to purchase, build, repair or refinance a home.
