Park City is a bustling destination with plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. This week, there are several exciting events happening that you won’t want to miss.

First up is the Woodward Park City Summer Race Series, which kicks off on Thursday from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. The event is open to bikers of all ages and abilities, with fees of $5 for members and $20 for guests. Riders will be grouped into male and female age categories of 7-13, 14-17, and 18+. There will be a half-hour of practice before the timed runs begin at 5:45 p.m., followed by three more races scheduled for this summer on July 25, Aug. 19, and Sept. 26.

Another great activity for families is the new scenic chairlift promotion at Deer Valley Resort, which starts this week. Kids can ride for free with the purchase of an adult ticket, while adult and senior one-round trip tickets are $10, and unlimited access tickets are $20.
