Eugene Hilton, a promising four-star wide receiver recruit, has chosen to commit to the Wisconsin Badgers instead of the Georgia Bulldogs. Hilton, who comes from a family with NFL ties, is seen as a promising prospect at the wide receiver position and his addition to Wisconsin’s 2025 recruiting class is significant. The Badgers currently boast the 12th-ranked recruiting class in the country with 19 total commitments.

Despite missing out on Hilton, the Georgia Bulldogs are not without their own recruiting successes. They hold the second-best recruiting class in the SEC and recently secured commitments from other highly-touted wide receiver prospects like Talyn Taylor and CJ Wiley. Hilton’s father, T.Y. Hilton, had a successful career in the NFL with over 9,000 receiving yards and 53 touchdowns while playing primarily for the Indianapolis Colts.

Eugene Hilton is a 6-foot-2, 195-pound athlete ranked as the No. 395 recruit in the nation, the No. 63 wide receiver, and the No. 7 player in Indiana according to 247Sports. Known for his speed and ability to make tough catches, Hilton is eager to make a name for himself at the collegiate level and he announced his commitment to Wisconsin through his social media platforms.
