The USC men’s basketball team is set to face the Saint Mary’s Gaels on Thanksgiving Day as part of the Acrisure Classic. Under new coach Eric Musselman, the Trojans have undergone a roster overhaul with many players coming in from the transfer portal. This game promises to be a highlight on USC’s nonconference schedule.

Coach Randy Bennett leads Saint Mary’s, which will take place in Palm Desert, California, near the Indian Wells tennis tournament site. Last year, USC played Seton Hall on Thanksgiving, making this the second consecutive year they have a game on the holiday. This game will provide USC with a boost in strength of schedule, as New Mexico made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament last season and Saint Mary’s was a No. 5 seed just a year ago. A win against the Gaels would greatly enhance USC’s resume if Saint Mary’s continues to perform well in the upcoming season.

Tickets for the Acrisure Classic are now on sale, with designated sections for Saint Mary’s fans to pack the arena and support their team against USC. This game is set to take place on Thanksgiving Day at 6 PM. Fans can purchase tickets in sections 108, 109, 110, or 14 to ensure they are seated with fellow Gaels supporters. It’s an exciting matchup that promises to be a highlight on USC’s nonconference schedule.
