The Olympic Games Paris 2024 are just around the corner and to get everyone excited, the campaign leading up to Olympic Day on June 23 is underway. This warm-up event aims to encourage more people to lead active and healthy lifestyles. Last year’s campaign, Let’s Move, inspired over 15 million people to embrace movement and make positive changes in their lives.

The IOC Young Leaders Programme has been launched in 2016 with the aim of empowering young people to use sport as a tool for positive change in their communities. This initiative aligns with the IOC’s Olympism365 approach and its innovation portfolio, which seeks to identify and expand innovative sports-based projects that have a tangible impact.

With the support of the IOC, Young Leaders have implemented over 160 sports projects worldwide, focusing on areas such as education, equality, health, peace, and sustainability. These projects have directly benefited more than 37,000 individuals. Panasonic has been a key supporter of the IOC Young Leaders Programme since 2017. As the programme’s founding partner, Panasonic provides creative and technological expertise along with access to influencers and ambassadors to help Young Leaders enhance their projects.
