EE, a subsidiary of BT Group, has successfully migrated Plusnet mobile customers with the help of Uniqoda. The migration process was complicated due to past migration issues. However, the two companies worked together to ensure customer satisfaction and protect tariff discounts while preserving market share.

Uniqoda’s innovative content gate strategy played a key role in the initiative by offering exclusive EE deals to Plusnet customers, encouraging self-migration through special promotions. Effective communication and problem-solving were at the core of the successful collaboration between the two companies.

The campaign was launched in May 2023 and surpassed expectations by achieving a remarkable 35% over-target migration rate online and a 9.8% conversion rate. With zero unauthorized usage and a 75% migration rate, the partnership exceeded targets by 115%, resulting in substantial cost savings on reacquisition.
