The South Beloit Public Library is excited to announce the return of its summer story time series. This program, held under a cottonwood tree, will take place on Friday mornings and Sunday afternoons. The series is designed for children aged 3-5 and aims to introduce local plant and animal friends to help build nature vocabulary, as well as Spanish and American Sign Language vocabulary.

Each Friday will feature a new nature theme that will be repeated on Sundays. Participants only need to register once for the series and can join in as many story times as they are able. Thanks to the support from the Judith H. Adams Fund for nature literacy, attendees can use the coupon code story2024 to receive free admission to this program.

The event takes place at Nature At The Confluence and costs $5 per person. It runs every week through August 4, 2024, with sessions on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For more information about the series or how to register, contact Nature At The Confluence or the South Beloit Public Library at 815-200-6910 or email them at info@natureattheconfluence.com.
