ECIPSA Group, a real estate business holding company with over 45 years of experience in the industry, is set to invest US$59 million this year. The company’s chairman, Jaime Garbarsky, announced that the funds will be used for the execution of works and the purchase of land in Argentina, Paraguay and Panama.

In 2023, ECIPSA acquired a stake in IRSA, an Argentine property development company led by Eduardo Elsztain. With this partnership, ECIPSA began working on an important mixed-use development project in Buenos Aires on the former Nobleza Piccardo land, which covers almost 16 hectares.

ECIPSA is known for its development, construction and real estate companies that have been operating in the country for decades. The Group has over 101 ventures across 12 cities and sells lots, houses and apartments under different commercial brands such as Natania and MilAires. At an international level, ECIPSA continues to expand its reach with new exclusivity agreements and office openings. In São Paulo, Brazil, it operates under its WoOoW brand through an agreement with Crystal Lagoons. In Israel, ECIPSA opened its offices where it will operate the exclusive Crystal Lagoons license for the Middle Eastern country.

In Paraguay, ECIPSA aims to continue consolidating its investments and projects under the Natania brand while expanding into new Latin American countries. In Argentina, it recently completed its Natania 61 megaproject in Mendoza with more than 190 apartments. The second stage of the project concluded in 2022 and the last delivery was recently completed.

ECIPSA CEO Walter Fuks assures that the company will continue working on new projects in Mendoza as well as other Argentine provinces and other countries. With its diverse portfolio of projects and partnerships around the globe, ECIPSA remains a major player in the real estate industry.
