Penn State football fans have long awaited the return of EA Sports’ college football video game franchise, and their wait is finally coming to an end. This summer, EA Sports College Football 25 will resurrect the beloved series, with each school featured in the game set to receive payments based on a tier system derived from the final AP rankings over the past 10 years.

Penn State is among the schools eligible for the highest payout, receiving a reported sum of $99,875.16. Schools earn points for each appearance in the AP top 25, with Penn State securing six placements to land in the top tier alongside Iowa. In addition to Penn State’s involvement, the Big Ten is well represented in the top tier, with schools like Ohio State and Michigan also receiving sizable payouts. USC, an incoming Big Ten member, secured a spot in Tier 2 due to its five top 25 finishes in the designated timeframe.
