Dubai Land Department has announced that the real estate investment platform STIC has joined the Reiss Real Estate Innovation initiative. As a local company that originated in Dubai and expanded internationally, STIC provides a comprehensive digital experience that facilitates real estate transactions and contributes to the digitization of the industry.

Engineer Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of Dubai Land Department, emphasized the importance of digital transformation in the real estate sector and the department’s efforts to encourage investment through modern technologies. The partnership with STIC aims to revolutionize real estate transactions and make investment opportunities more accessible globally.

STIC was established in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic with the goal of showcasing properties with high investment potential and allowing individuals to invest in real estate with minimal capital. Through a partnership with Dubai Land Department, STIC will host a workshop titled “Invest for Tomorrow” to educate participants on financial management, smart investment strategies, generating passive income, and planning for financial independence.

Overall, the collaboration between STIC and Dubai Land Department aims to promote innovation in the real estate sector, enhance investment opportunities, and provide individuals with the tools and knowledge to achieve their financial goals.
