On the Fourth of July, spectators in New York City were treated to a patriotic display featuring drones depicting the Statue of Liberty. The breathtaking show wowed the onlookers, adding to the celebration of America’s independence.

This year, Fourth of July celebrations in Collier County will be unique, as the Paradise Coast Sports Complex will host one of the county’s first large-scale drone shows. The event will take place on Saturday, July 6 from 6 to 11 p.m. and will feature a variety of family-friendly activities including bounce houses, remote control cars, laser tag, face painting, and live music.

The highlight of the event will be the drone show, which is set to begin at 9 p.m. and will last approximately 15 minutes. The show, featuring 300 drones, is being orchestrated by Sky Elements, a company known for their drone content creation and advertising. Their shows have been showcased on “America’s Got Talent,” at various Major League Baseball stadiums
