This move strengthens Drawbridge’s leasing activity in its national portfolio for 2024, totaling over 300,000 square feet. The 1.3 million square foot campus, located adjacent to Salt Lake City International Airport, is also home to other major tenants such as Myriad Genetics, which recently signed a 62,737 square foot expansion and is set to occupy approximately 300,000 square feet.
