Gotham FC, a professional soccer team based in New Jersey/New York, is experiencing significant growth following key executive appointments. Ryan Dillon, who has been leading the team’s front office since December, has been named the Chief Business Officer on a permanent basis. Additionally, Liz Montaño, a former COO of the Coyotes, has been hired to serve as Dual Leaders of Gotham FC’s front office.

Dillon’s background includes experience at Next 3, a sports investment firm led by Gotham FC co-owner Carolyn Tisch Blodgett and supported by N.Y. Giants co-owners Laurie, Jonathan and Steve Tisch. Prior to joining Gotham FC, he held the role of VP/Marketing at Peloton. Under Dillon’s leadership, the team secured their largest sponsorship deal with CarMax and doubled their season-ticket base. The team is also anticipating a 50% increase in attendance at Red Bull Arena this season.

Montaño brings extensive experience to her new role as COO at Gotham FC. She previously oversaw the Coyotes’ move to Mullett Arena at Arizona State University and will now lead functions such as data and analytics, finance, HR and legal at Gotham FC. Her background includes experience as VP/Finance & Strategic Planning at Panavision, a filmmaking equipment company. Elevate Talent assisted Gotham FC in their search for a COO and ultimately brought Montaño on board to help lead the club’s front office to continued success.

With Dillon and Montaño serving as dual leaders of Gotham FC’s front office, the team is well positioned for future growth and success in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
