The “Digital Navigators of the Hudson Valley” program is being offered at several Mid-Hudson libraries to provide free technological assistance to those in need. In Ulster County, five libraries are participating in the program: Kingston Library, Elting Memorial Library, Plattekill Library, Town of Ulster Public Library, and Woodstock Public Library. In Dutchess County
