The “Digital Navigators of the Hudson Valley” program is being offered at several Mid-Hudson libraries to provide free technological assistance to those in need. Trained guides known as digital navigators are available at these libraries to help individuals with a variety of tasks, such as using devices, accessing internet services, filling out job applications, applying for benefits, and more.

These digital navigators are there to assist with a wide range of tasks that individuals may need help with in the digital age. Whether it’s accessing educational services, signing up for free phone programs, or simply navigating daily life tasks online, these trained guides are available to lend a helping hand. In Ulster County, five libraries are participating in the program: Kingston Library, Elting Memorial Library, Plattekill Library, Town of Ulster Public Library, and Woodstock Public Library. In Dutchess County
