During Championship Sunday at AT&T Stadium, Cassio Dias secured the PBR 2024 World Championship by successfully riding his final two bulls. The first of these bulls was Ricky Vaughn, which he scored an impressive 92.5 points on, helping him get off to a strong start in the competition. In the Fourth Round, Dias sealed his title with a score of 79.5 points on Chiseled, making it clear that he had won the championship. This exceptional performance during his rookie season not only earned Dias the title of World Champion but also Rookie of the Year.

Dias’ success throughout the season was nothing short of remarkable. He accumulated season earnings of $1.6 million and secured seven event wins, including one at the National Finals in Las Vegas. Additionally, he had nine impressive rides scoring 90 points or higher, further solidifying his status as one of the top cowboys in PBR history.

By the end of the season, Dias had accumulated a total of 1,830 points, surpassing John Crimber by 239 points and securing his place as the PBR’s top-ranked cowboy for 2024. Eduard Aparecido finished third in the final World Standings, followed by Dalton Kasel and Alan De Souza in fourth and fifth place respectively. Despite this stiff competition from other talented cowboys, Dias rose above it all and emerged victorious thanks to his exceptional performance throughout the year.
